Enrollment and data collection starts. New and returning community colleges submit subscription form and are billed for the subscription fee. Website sign in information is e-mailed to subscribers. Online data collection forms are available in the member section of the website.

July
Participant institutional data are due on July 15. Data are automatically checked for missing and inconsistent information. The data verification process starts. Report that lists inconsistencies is available online for review and update.

August
Verified and updated data are due.

September
New Cost and Productivity reports are available online and the Peer Comparison Tool is populated with most recent data.
